Cookie recipe:
100g powdered sugar
200g butter
370g flour
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1.5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Beat the sugar and butter until fluffy. Sift in the flour, add the egg, salt and vanilla sugar. Knead the dough into a shortcrust pastry.
Wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough to about 4-5 mm. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

General information and care instructions:
When making the cookies, please dip the cutter including the writing in flour. If only the edge is covered in flour, the dough will not separate from the text and the cookies will not turn out well.
When cleaning, please note that the writing can be very delicate. Small writing (thin plastic) is not suitable for the dishwasher and should be washed carefully by hand. Thicker writing can be cleaned in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 60 °C.
However, it is important to ensure that the cookie cutter lies flat on its back and that no other piece of crockery or cutlery is pressing against it. Mechanical stress in hot weather is not good for the plastic. This can lead to deformation.
